1. Data We Collect

We adhere to the principle of minimal data collection, collecting only data strictly necessary for service provision:

  • Email Address: Collected through Firebase Authentication system for user registration and license verification.
  • Access Logs: Firebase/Google Cloud systems may temporarily store IP addresses and device information for security and rate limiting purposes only.
  • We do not collect names / physical addresses / credit card information / company details or any data from your CAD/CAM files.
  • Hardware ID: Our software collects an encrypted device identifier for license verification and piracy prevention purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely for accessing and managing your MICRON TOOLS license in Free or Standard plans. We will not use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties. Additionally, your Hardware ID is used only to verify license validity and manage Trial Version rights, without being used for any other behavioral tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud infrastructure to secure your login information. By using MICRON TOOLS, you agree to the minimal data handling policies of these services. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic statistics and improve website performance. Google may use tracking technologies (such as cookies or Anonymous Identifiers) to collect non-identifiable statistical data.
