Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MICRON TOOLS software services (including Add-ins and .exe installers), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any provisions of these terms, you are not authorized to use the software services.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All MICRON TOOLS software, including Source Code, compiled program code (.exe), databases, designs, trade names, trademarks, and development concepts are the complete intellectual property of the developer alone. You have no rights to such intellectual property.

You agree not to perform any of the following actions, which constitute serious copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing, copying, modifying, selling, or distributing the software without authorization
  • Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, or attempting to access the program's Source Code
  • Removing, distorting, or hiding any copyright notices appearing in the software

3. Usage Rights and Limitations

The developer grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use MICRON TOOLS software, subject to the limitations of the service plan (Free or Standard) you have chosen.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

MICRON TOOLS software is provided to you "as is" and "as available" with all faults (if any) without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The developer does not warrant that the software will be completely error-free or will always work seamlessly with other programs, systems, or hardware.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or damage to machinery or workpieces resulting from use or inability to use the software services.

*Important Note: Users must verify Toolpaths (G-Code) before running on CNC machines every time. The developer is not responsible for any damage to equipment or workpieces from software errors.

6. Suspension and Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services immediately without prior notice if you violate any provisions of these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the parties agree to accept the jurisdiction of Thai courts for any disputes that arise.
